A 5,000-square-foot home with 6 private suites, a private pickleball and basketball court, and an 85-inch theater. Minutes from Anna Maria Island, told through real guest reviews.

Some rental houses claim to handle big groups. Mango Manor has actually done it, over and over, with 52 five-star stays to prove it. Families of 16 and 20 keep saying the same thing: there was more room than they needed. So we’ll let their words carry this one.
A house that swallows a crowd
The line guests repeat most is some version of “we never felt crowded.” One group of 13 said that when they got home, their own house felt small. A four-generation family of 20-something people called the space perfect for spreading out and coming together. Another guest joked the house could easily hold 40 people.
That’s the design: a sprawling 5,000 square feet with six private suites, and as nearly every review notes with relief, a full private bathroom in every bedroom. A custom-built 12-foot dining table means the whole group eats together, which guests consistently call out as a rare find in large rentals. There are a couple of main-floor bedrooms too, which multigenerational families traveling with grandparents specifically appreciate.
The six suites are themed and distinct, which guests love: two king master suites (Surf and Sea Turtle), and themed double-queen rooms (Miami, Flamingo, Disco Cowgirl, Palm, and Pineapple), each with its own private bath.

Something for every age
Mango Manor’s calling card is that there’s always something to do. The 85-inch home theater, with seating for 20, gets mentioned in review after review as a kid magnet and a nightly movie spot. Outside there’s a screened, heated saltwater pool, an 8-by-8 hot tub, and a genuinely loaded entertainment lineup: a private pickleball court, a private basketball court, ping pong, cornhole, and bucket ball (life-size beer pong), all in a fully screened backyard that keeps the bugs out. There’s even an outdoor kitchen, a smokeless firepit, and an extra full-size refrigerator on the deck.
There’s also a private fitness room with a Peloton, Bowflex adjustable dumbbells, and an incline bench, so the workout routine doesn’t have to pause for vacation. One multigenerational group of nine, spanning late teens to mid-80s, called it a tough crowd to please and said the house suited them perfectly: theater room, heated winter pool, pickleball, an outdoor shower for sandy feet, and a stocked beach kit of chairs and towels.

Minutes from the beach, IMG, and everything else
Guests love that Mango Manor sits in a quiet, safe residential neighborhood with sidewalks, while still being five miles and roughly ten to fifteen minutes from the beaches of Anna Maria Island. Publix, Target, and Walmart are close, and Robinson Preserve, dolphin tours, and Bridge Street Bistro all show up in guests’ trip stories.
For sports families, the location is a recurring draw. One soccer team’s group stayed because the house is about 12 minutes from IMG Academy, with separate living and entertainment areas where the players could study, relax, and have fun between games, and a table that easily seated 14 for team meals.

The host nobody stops talking about
Across all 52 reviews, the constant is the hosting. Guests describe a can opener delivered via Amazon the next day, a cutting board sent when one couldn’t be found, and, during an active hurricane, being offered another property when the power went out. One guest, an experienced traveler, wrote simply that they’d never had a better host.
