The condo was just as photoed. The space was more than enough for our group of 5. The kitchen was the most stocked of any rental we've ever used. We spent a ton of time on the balcony enjoying the beach view and the birds in the sanctuary next door (we love critters, so the bird-watching was a big bonus for us). The beach was very nice and we discovered the bus line that runs in front of the condo, so our teens were able to use busses to get out of our hair and venture out on their own...even made a transfer and went down to St Pete on their own. Beds were comfy and I made it all the way through Clan of The Cave Bear, which was among several dozen books available at the property. Very nice!

Everything was top notch - beach gear, towels, laundry, family-friendly space, books, puzzles, grill, etc was all provided for - but the most helpful thing of all was the thoughtfulness and responsiveness of Eric, our host. Due to a canceled flight, we were unexpectedly stuck for another 3 days. Eric responded immediately and worked with us to extend our stay at the condo so we didn't have to relocate everyone to a hotel. It was a lifesaver. As far as the location goes - the beach is beautiful, calm and quiet, and the condo is nearby several fun places (mini golf, ice cream, John's Pass boardwalk) for families. The only thing I would note is that the Bird Sanctuary is directly next-door and a bit smelly, but that is a non-issue if you're not looking to sit on the balcony for hours on end. Would highly recommend to families looking for an easy, relaxing environment, and anyone who wants or expects a kind host who goes above and beyond to accommodate your needs.

The beautiful and spacious condo has an open concept that provided us with the ability to easily prepare meals and host 4 adults and 4 children. We truly enjoyed the easy access to the beach, private HEATED pool and the hot tub. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated how responsive and accommodating our host was. The condo has everything you need from beach chairs to kitchen utensils, books and puzzles.
