Unit 1214 is a newly remodeled Indian Shores 3BR condo on the 2nd floor of Beach Cottage II, with 2 baths and Gulf views. It sits on the pool side of the building, and the heated pool is open year-round. Indian Shores is a quiet beach town with soft white sand, between St. Pete and Clearwater. See Visit St. Pete-Clearwater for things to do nearby.

On the 2nd floor, this Indian Shores 3BR condo is the easiest of our three to reach with beach gear, strollers and coolers, and it sleeps up to 11 guests. It looks out over the heated pool toward the Gulf, with the hot tub and the sand just steps away. John’s Pass Village is minutes away for dinner, boat tours and sunset cruises, which makes this Indian Shores 3BR condo an easy home base for families.

Hosted by "Bourbon City Rentals" our newly remodeled 2nd Floor, 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Beach Cottage Condo with amazing Gulf views sleeps 11. Important to note we are on the pool side, not the bird sanctuary side. The pool side is much more desirable. Our heated pool is open year-round. Indian Shores is a quiet classic beach town with soft white sand beaches. Centrally located between St Pete & Clearwater Beach. Our stylish, clean condo features custom-built cabinets, granite countertops, and a fully stocked kitchen with a washer/dryer.

You will be centrally located between St Pete & Clearwater Beach. St Pete is home to many wonderful museums, restaurants, a recently built $92 million Pier, & murals. Clearwater Beach is home to the Winter the dolphin at the Clearwater Marine Aquarium, boat rentals, fishing charters, pirate tours, helicopter tours, & a wide variety of restaurants.

This is a great place to stay, with all the amenities, clean, pool, and beachfront access. Eric was very attentive and quick to answer when we had a question or concern. We spent the week here with family, there was plenty of space and we did not feel cramped, Everything is well thought out, from the sleeping arrangements to the beach gear. The balcony faces the beach, and offers a beautiful sunset every night, and each morning a wonderful relaxing walk on the beach or go for a run if you prefer. The beach is very quiet, away from the touristic area and crowds, but only a quick drive away from restaurants and activities. I highly recommend "The Conch Republic" for a delicious meal, and the pizza from "Beach Pizza" was also delicious. If you are looking for a quiet getaway to relax and rejuvenate, this is a great option.

The pool and beach were quiet and never over crowded, and we had everything we could need in the room from towels, to toys, to chairs. It’s so convenient and easy to get good food practically across the street. The condo is spacious-there were 8 of us and it never felt crowded, very clean, and super comfortable. Coffee in the morning or wine at night on the patio was idyllic and had a great view of the ocean. Parking was simple. Just an all around great experience and we really hope to return next summer! This was a great value for the price and all 8 of us-kids and adults alike loved our stay and were sad to leave!

By far the best host my family has ever had through Air BnB. Half way through our visit I was checked in on to ensure I had all I needed, or if my family needed (I.e. toilet paper, dish washer pods, laundry detergent, etc.). This condo was the perfect fit for our large family. We had 6 adults & 5 children (all 5 years old or under). We were so happy to see the Baby-Walker & Full size High-Chair for our baby boy who likes to get into things and still isn’t walking yet. The closets were packed full of useful beach items (wagons, umbrellas, chairs, etc) as well as plenty of sand toys for the little ones. The host had exceptional communication from the day we checked in until our very last day when he personally wished us safe travels home back to Indiana. Condo was spotless when we arrived, kitchen stocked with dishwashing pods, bathrooms with soap+towels, and laundry room full of supplies. Overall extremely satisfied with our stay at the Beach Cottages and will be back!

Great location, very easy to access. The covered parking area was great to have in the Florida heat. Eric was extremely responsive and very easy to work with. We enjoyed having nearby nature preserves, along with many nearby restaurants. This was a very friendly family condo, with a great pool and hot tub. A wonderful week at this beautiful condo. Well equipped for beach with beach toys, beach towels ,chairs, umbrella and even a air pump. Kitchen was completely equipped and even had spices, coffee for when you arrived but hadn't had time to grocery shop. We had a great time in the condo! We had 4 adults and 3 kids in our group. The condo was very very clean... probably the cleanest I've stayed in, which was refreshing! The condo had beautiful views, easy access, tons of sand toys for the kids, beach chairs, umbrellas, a full stocked kitchen, etc. Eric and Jen were very quick to respond and very helpful! They even checked on us to ask if there could be any improvements. We always felt safe and the entire condominium was always kept very clean and beautiful! Everyday we noticed the pool was being cleaned as well. We highly recommend staying here and hope to be back soon!
