The condo is very well stocked: in the kitchen, paper products, extras like several beach coolers, beach wagon, chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, etc. Has amazing beach towels included (very rare!) TV's were easy to use with YouTube TV included. We had 3 adults and 4 children (10-16) and had plenty of room. We had a great time in Indian Shores! The home was great, spacious, clean, close to a lot of restaurants, seconds from the beach, and the ocean view was beautiful. We paid to have the beach chairs with umbrellas, 40 for the whole day is pretty reasonable. They’re also right next to a bird sanctuary which my kids loved, it was pretty cool! We had a really great time and would absolutely come back again! Highly recommend this property! I think my only complaint which has nothing to do with the owner specifically was the lack of shade by the pool. There are only a few tables with umbrellas and lots of spots to lay out.

The condo was beautiful, clean, and had a perfect view of the ocean. The sunsets were amazing. Everything you needed was available in the unit including beach chairs and towels. We had zero issues staying at this condo. The communication from the owners and the host (Eric) was great. Eric checked in with us throughout the week to see if we had any needs at all including if we needed more coffee. A+ experience and you are right on the ocean. Shortest walk to the ocean that we have ever had. The beach and surrounding area is so laid back. There are some great local dining options including Coastal Souls Coffee House, Sweet Sage Cafe, and Friendly Tavern. I highly recommend booking this condo. We did not want to leave. Hopefully we will be able to return in the future!

One of the bathrooms toilet seat was really loose so my son had to fix that so we can sit down on it and one of the burners on the stove wasn’t working and just FYI I think the couch needs a little bit more cleaning when I was trying to scoot the couches in there was like leftover crumbs from food and it was kind of gross, but besides all that everything went greatAnthony and the host were great if I was to stay again yes I would stay there again

If you love shopping check out John's Pass. The hosts Eric and Jennifer always immediately responded to any questions that we had about the unit or the surrounding area. We absolutely loved staying here. Having a pool is great when you have little kids and also its a deep enough pool for adults to enjoy as well. The beautiful views of the ocean from the balcony are amazing. You can sit out and enjoy the sunsets from there or just enjoy the sounds of the ocean. The condo had plenty of space it was clean and very easy to access with the keyless entry no keys to carry around is always great. I would definitely recommend staying here. Absolutely Perfect Stay! We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The apartment truly felt like a home away from home—it had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was fully stocked with all types of pots, pans, and sharp knives (a rare find in rentals!), plus two types of coffee makers with coffee and pods provided. Having an in-unit washer and dryer was a huge bonus, allowing us to wash clothes and dry towels whenever needed. The apartment complex have heated pool and jacuzzi. The pool was a great size with a deep end that the kids absolutely loved. Right next to the pool, there are three gas grills available on a first-come, first-served basis. There were beach supplies, including chairs, an umbrella, coolers, and a variety of sand and beach toys. It was so nice not having to worry about bringing or buying extra gear. Last but not least, the host was amazing! He reached out before and during our stay to ensure we had everything we needed, making us feel truly welcomed.

Everything was great! Glad to support the local area after the hurricane. The place is gorgeous. Clean and everything we needed. Owner checked on us which was great. It is a very quiet area just what we needed. There is some storm damage in the area ... but did not effect the us. I gave the owner some quick easy things to help future guests 🙂 First VRBO we have stayed at we have always stayed at a resort it was great to be apply to cook anything including fresh caught Spanish mackerel and sea trout on the Blackstone by the pool. Being able to have laundry and dishwasher was great. Beautiful sunsets. Thank you from the 7 of us! It was great.
