Perfect Home Base for Louder Than Life
We definitely made good use of the heated pool after being at the festival all day. The gym is legit too, much better than what you normally find at a rental. One of our favorite spots was the huge deck out back. It overlooks the park and was a great place to hang out in the mornings before heading out.
The house itself is beautiful, really modern and updated without feeling cold or sterile. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was very well stocked. There was plenty of room for our group without ever feeling crowded.
Great setup, great location, and exactly what we needed for a long festival weekend. We would definitely book it again for Louder Than Life.

Perfect Derby Stay at a Beautiful Parkside Retreat
The home itself is absolutely beautiful. It has a modern, high-end design, but still feels incredibly warm, cozy, and comfortable. It was also extremely well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed, and you can tell a lot of thought went into making the house feel like a home rather than just a rental.
The heated pool was a huge hit, and the backyard was incredible, especially for the kids. They loved having their own playground, while the adults spent a lot of time relaxing on the huge deck overlooking the beautiful park. The view from the deck is fantastic and makes the house feel incredibly private and peaceful.
The gym was one of the best we’ve seen in a rental. It has everything you could need for a real workout, plus a sauna, which was an awesome bonus. There was honestly so much to do at the house that we could have easily spent the entire trip there.
The location was also great. We walked over to the park several times during our stay, and it was really nice having trails and all that green space basically right outside the backyard. At the same time, we were still close to everything we wanted to do in Louisville for Derby weekend.
Between the beautiful house, heated pool, sauna and gym, playground, huge deck, park views, and great location, this was easily one of the best homes we’ve stayed in. We would absolutely stay here again when we come back to Louisville!
