How to choose your condo

Unit 1411 — the view and the favorite

Our 4th-floor, pool-side condo with panoramic Gulf views is the most-reviewed of the three and books the furthest in advance. If the view is your priority and you plan ahead, this is the one.

Unit 1505 — top floor and quiet

The 5th-floor, top-floor unit sits on the Seabird Sanctuary side, the quiet side of the building, with a massive balcony and the largest dining setup. Ideal for guests who came to actually relax at the beach and love watching the pelicans and herons glide by.

Unit 1214 — easiest access

On the 2nd floor close to the elevator, 1214 is the simplest to get in and out of with luggage, strollers, and beach gear. Pool-side Gulf views and seating for 14 make it a strong pick for families.
