Fun house close to beaches and restaurants.

Huge house 10-15 minute drive to public beach access. Loved the movie screens in the living room. Great pool and hot tub. Nicely stocked kitchens. Close to great restaurants. Very comfy beds! So much stuff for the beach. Nice chairs and coolers and beach towels! Pool fence was great with littles. Wish the house could have been a little cooler and more bath towels!
The owners were phenomenal and offered clear and quick communication for any needs. Overall a great house with lots of space to spread out. Neighborhood was quiet. Plenty of parking space. Would still recommend to anyone and would for sure stay in a bourbon rental property again!

We absolutely loved our stay! We went on vacation with our children and their family and the house is even more spacious than the pictures show. Everyone had plenty of space. The huge tv room was a hit with the kids (older and younger)! The pool and hot tub were amazing. We were able to enjoy our time outside without any mosquitoes bothering us which was a major plus. Communication with the host is probably the best I’ve ever had in all our stays using VRBO. Tony answered all our questions or concerns quickly. I recommend this property to anyone!

We stayed at Anthony's Airbnb for a week and were very impressed with the home and with Anthony's quick responsiveness to any needs that arose. We had 10 of us plus two infants and a few nearby family members who would come to visit and the space never felt cramped at all. There was a slight issue with the AC but Anthony was very responsive when this was brought to his attention and it was fixed very quickly. We would definitely recommend this home!

5-Stars! - 3rd Time Staying

This is our 3rd time staying at this home. We love the location by the park. Waking up and going to play pickleball on the covered courts. My youngest loves all the new playgrounds at the park. It's very close to IMG Academy and Anna Maria Island is only a few minutes away. The home is much larger than it looks. We love the open pool and the 150-inch TV. Everything is so well equipped, and the owner Tony is awesome! He's always available if you need anything at all. I would highly recommend staying at this home.

The perfect house for a big family trip

We booked Tropical Vibe for a multi generational family reunion, 18 of us across three generations, and this house handled the crowd beautifully. Six bedrooms meant everyone had their own space, and the three king suites with their own TVs were perfect for the couples. Having a crib and highchair already there was a lifesaver for our little ones.
The backyard is where we spent most of our time. The heated saltwater pool was gorgeous. The tanning ledge and LED waterfall made it feel like a resort, and we were so glad the heat was included for our stay. The hot tub was a nightly ritual for the adults once the kids went to bed. On our last evening we fired up the 20 foot outdoor projector screen and did a movie night by the pool that the whole group is still talking about.
The game room was a huge hit too. That giant TV and the Golden Tee arcade kept the teenagers, and honestly the dads, busy for hours. Two full kitchens made cooking for a big group actually manageable, and the 10 foot dining table meant we could all sit down to dinner together, which mattered to us.
Location was ideal, minutes from the Anna Maria Island beaches, and GT Bray Park right next door was an unexpected bonus. The kids burned off energy at the playground while the grown ups slept in. The host had clearly thought of everything, right down to the beach towels and pool safety fence.
We'll absolutely be back. If you're bringing a big group to the Bradenton area, this is the one.

Walk to the Park , Short drive to the beach

This This home was absolutely perfect for our large family vacation. Anna Maria Island was more beautiful than ever, and this house made our stay unforgettable. It was immaculately clean, incredibly well equipped, and much larger than it looks—actually HUGE! We loved the spacious layout, the peaceful tropical backyard, and the incredible pool. The big screen game room was a huge hit! With the beach just 10 minutes away and every store imaginable within a mile, the location couldn’t have been better. The hosts were fantastic, and we will definitely be back. Thank you!

★★★★★

Amazing July stay. Perfect for our big group.

We stayed at Tropical Vibe in July and it was a great choice for our family trip. The house was huge, very clean, and set up well for a large group. The kids spent every day in the pool and hot tub, and the outdoor movie nights were a big hit. The giant TV in the game room was perfect for watching sports in the evenings.
The location was excellent. It was a quick drive to Anna Maria Island, and having GT Bray Park right across the street was a bonus. We used the pickleball courts, the walking trail, and the playground almost every day.
The beds were comfortable and the two kitchens made meals easy. We also appreciated having plenty of space so no one felt crowded. The mosquito treated backyard was a big help since we spent a lot of time outside at night.
The hosts were very responsive and made sure everything went smoothly. We would definitely stay here again.

The check-in process was so smooth and easy! The owners and crew were absolutely fantastic from prior to arriving until we left the rental! They were very responsive and took care of anything we needed! They were very friendly and the home was very clean! The kids loved the pool and the area was great! We 100% give this place a 5-star review! It was a wonderful vacation and week!

A perfect stay for our group of 15. Truly unforgettable.

Our group of 15 stayed at Tropical Vibe and this home made our entire trip memorable. The house was spotless, spacious, and very well set up for a large group. We had plenty of room to spread out and the game room and giant TV became our nightly hangout spot. The best part of the trip happened on our second night. We surprised my parents with a poolside celebration for their anniversary. We used the outdoor movie screen to play a slideshow of family photos while everyone relaxed by the pool. It was a moment we will never forget and the space could not have been more perfect for it. The pool and hot tub were used every day and the kids loved the outdoor games. The park across the street was a bonus and we walked over several times for pickleball and the playground. The location also made it very easy to get to Anna Maria Island. The beds were comfortable, the kitchens were fully stocked, and the home felt very welcoming. The mosquito free backyard was a huge plus since we spent so much time outside in the evenings. The hosts were very responsive and thoughtful throughout our stay. We will definitely return to Tropical Vibe for future family trips.

★★★★★

Great Location, HUGE Home!

Great stay, highly recommend. Our large group had more than enough space to spread out and relax.
The house had everything we needed for a fun and comfortable week.
The location was spot on, just a quick drive to the beach and minutes from all the essentials like Publix & Walmart, and tons of great restaurants.
The neighborhood felt very safe and walkable, and having a park right across the street with pickleball courts was a huge bonus. We loved being able to walk over and play a few games.
The backyard really stole the show. Did I say no mosquitoes!?!
The game room was another favorite, and watching movies on the 150 inch TV felt like our own private theater.
Lastly, Tony was an exceptional host, responsive, thoughtful, and clearly committed to creating a five star experience. We’re already talking about coming back.

The house was very large and spacious. There was plenty of room for our family and different hang out rooms to spread out during the day. Having two kitchens was a nice extra. Any issues or questions were taken care of right away and the responses from the owners were immediate.

5-Stars! Perfect Vacation Home & Great Location

We spent a week with a large group and had an incredible stay. The home was gorgeous and had the perfect beach house feel, it was bright, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. It was fully stocked and in an ideal location just minutes from the beach and close to restaurants, Target, Publix, and Walmart. The neighborhood felt safe and welcoming. We especially loved the backyard. It was spacious and relaxing, with a great pool, hot tub, games, and a comfortable patio area where we spent a lot of time. The best part was that there were no mosquitoes because the owners treat the yard regularly, so we didn’t need a pool cage. The game room was a favorite hangout spot, and the large dining table was perfect for group meals. Tony and Christine were amazing hosts and have clearly thought of every detail. We would absolutely stay here again.

I can’t say enough positives about this home.

From beginning to end there were 18 of us ages 2 months to 83 years, we were comfortable and enjoyed our time together. This was our first time in Bradenton. Our host was extremely responsive and helpful. The home was immaculate and lots of options for sleeping, playing etc. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and extras. I can’t say enough positives about this home.

Amazing Location, fabulous home!

From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by how big this place was. Two kitchens, two huge islands, and a massive dining table that fit all of us perfectly for meals and card games. The game room was a huge hit, and that giant 150-foot TV? Unbelievable! The outdoor ping pong table, hot tub, and pool were used every single day. Traveling with little kids can be tricky, but not here. They had cribs, portable cribs, a high chair, and tons of stuff you don’t usually get—like soap, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, spices, and even an ice machine. The kitchens had everything we needed, and the fenced pool made us feel super safe with the kids. Plus, the doors had alarms, which was a nice touch. If you stay here with kids, don't miss The Pirate Adventure in Cortez—it was a total highlight of the trip! I could keep going on about how much we loved this place and the area. The decor is even better in person than in the pictures! The owner Tony was awesome to deal with too!

Awesome House and Host

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful vacation house! Four generations of our family gathered here, and it was perfect for everyone. Each couple had their own king suite with a private bathroom, which made the stay so comfortable. The kitchen was fantastic, and the huge dining table was perfect for meals together. The backyard felt like a tropical oasis, and the heated saltwater pool was a huge hit. The large patio on the side of the house was a great spot to relax, whether we were grilling, playing cornhole, or just hanging out, even when it rained. The hot tub on the side of the house was the perfect way to unwind after a day at the beach. It was wonderful to see how well Bradenton and Anna Maria Island have bounced back after Hurricane Milton. The area felt vibrant, the beaches were as beautiful as ever, and everything was open and running smoothly. It was clear that the community had put a lot of care into restoring everything. Tony was an incredible host, always making sure we had everything we needed. This home was the perfect getaway, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit!

50th Birthday Ladies Retreat a SUCCESS

We had a wonderful stay at the Tropical Villa. The home easily accommodated and slept 10 women. There’s so many amenities: stocked kitchen, tons of dishes and flatware, dishwasher, coffee machine for both ground and Keurig, toaster, protein shake blender, knives, HUGE hangout TV room with lots of seating, lots of natural light throughout, pool with the option to heat, a great jacuzzi, lots of bath and pool towels, and more. I stay at a lot of homes while traveling and this was a great one! It’s close to so many great cities too including St Petersburg and Anna Maria Island. So many restaurant options including beachfront ones just 15 minutes away. Cruise options in nearby St Pete. Just a great variety of things to do, see and eat. Tony was a great host. Easy to reach. Quick to respond. Very friendly and hospitable. I highly recommend his homes.

Anthony was friendly and attentive before during and after our stay.

Anthony was friendly and attentive before during and after our stay. The size of the home was perfect for our big family! The location was close enough to the beach and stores but my favorite was the reaction of the kiddos while the entire family watched a movie on the big screen! Great space in both the kitchen and dining room for us all! We will be back !

Anthony was super responsive and accommodating. A wonderful host. The home was perfect for our stay with 6 moms and 6 girls on a soccer tournament weekend at IMG. We were close to the facility and not far from the beaches and downtown restaurants. Thank you for being so gracious with your time and care, Anthony!

Wonderful Stay ! Amazing Host!

My group of 16 stayed at Antony’s property for two nights after the previous property lost power due to Helene. Antony was very responsive and was able to accommodate us! We enjoyed this house a lot! It was renovated, the decorations made the place feel homey and fun. With a large group we really enjoyed the theater room. It had a large screen and space for us to sit and enjoy each other’s company. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, there was enough towels for everyone! We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi as well. Overall I would definitely come back! Big thanks to Anthony for being such an amazing host!

Great home, great city, great time!

Great home, great city, great time! This house is huge!! We are a group of 6 girlfriends and we spent most of our time around the beautiful kitchen island when we were home. You’ll need transportation to really enjoy the area. We visited three of the local beaches, loved them all. Any questions we had for our super host Tony he got back with use within a few minutes. Thanks Tony for having all the amenities to make your home feel just like being home. 💕

Such a great experience!

This luxury house is fantastic! My family and I stayed over the Labor Day weekend and had an amazing time. As you can see in the pictures there’s plenty of room for multiple people, they have some tabletop games if you’re interested in playing with your family/friends,the pool was amazing, always clean,we didn’t get to try the hot tub but most likely next time(I’m sure it is as great as the pool) Any communication you need to have with the host will be a walk in the park, he replies quick and will answer any concerns you might have!

Great Location, HUGE Home!

This house is so big, don't let the pictures deceive you. It's in a quiet neighborhood very close to the park and only a few minutes to the beach. The Wal-Mart is only about a mile away along with many other stores including a Target, Publix, and Whole Foods. The hosts are great, very friendly and have really thought of everything in this home. We really loved the pool, game room, and the huge dining table. Also, all of the beds were very comfortable memory foam mattresses! Book now, you won't regret it. We will be back!

The house was amazing

The house was amazing, the layout was perfect for multiple families. Anthony was extremely responsive, even calling me at one point to walk me through putting the pool safety gate back up. The house had everything we needed, with clear instructions for everything in it. We loved the area and the public beaches, which were very clean and easily accessible. 10/10 experience!
